Flame Retardent PJ's -- Good News

Joe Boxer PJ's at Kmart do not contain the flame retardent chemical. I was so excited to find these on the rack yesterday. I was looking at a real cute shirt and pants with butterflies and found the tag says, this outfit is not flame resistent.
So I bought the outfit! I said in my last post my daughter is turning 3 and she is going to love this outfit!!
I can't wait for her to wear it!

3rd Birthday

Well our daughter will be 3 soon....What do you get for a 3 year old girl? don't know

Well all this talk about chemicals being put into baby bottles. I just found out that there is a chemical added to kids pajamas. It's a flame retardent chemical but since our children wear the material with the chemical laden materials, the chemical gets into their bodies. I went through their clothes and threw out their flame retardent pjs.
Humans are resilient but maybe this is another reason why cancer rates have climbed.??

Playtex Baby Bottles with the Disposable Liner

We found a replacement for the Dr. Brown's bottles. We are using the Playtex bottles with the disposable liners. They do not contain any of the harmful chemicals. We are so excited to find a replacement that's not too expensive.

Lunch Boxes

I can't believe we have to throw away the lunch boxes now!!! First it's the Mattel toy company has lead paint on their toys, then Dr. Brown's bottles containing BPA's and now the lunch boxes also contain lead!!
Gosh......I am thinking what is contaminated???

Baby Bottles

We have been using Dr. Brown's baby bottles for years with our daughter and just now found out there is BPA in the bottle. Instead the Playtex drop in system does not contain the BPA chemical, so we quickly changed to the new bottle system.
